Besides being a wonderful place to work, Family Service Center provides other benefits to our staff as well.
Each staff member working 30 hours or more is eligible for participation in our health plan. The employee pays a small portion of the cost each pay period, and the agency picks up the rest of the cost.
There is no cost to the employee for vision insurance, and there is a small cost each pay period for family coverage.
There is no cost to the employee for life insurance.
The agency will match up to 3% of an employee's gross salary to be invested in our retirement plan.
Baby to Work Policy
Family Service Center allows staff to bring their babies to work with them up until their infant is crawling. To participate in this program, the employee must have completed their introductory period, must have approval from their supervisor and executive director, and must have job duties that will not be interrupted by typical child care duties.
